Buy online and pick up in-store, with no minimum spend
With our Click & Collect service, you can order online before 5pm and get free next working day delivery to your local Staples UK Store, with no minimum order value.
- Add to shopping cart Check the item is marked 'Available for FREE Store Delivery via Click & Collect’. Then simply ‘Add to Cart’.
- Proceed to checkout Once you reach the checkout, under the 'Delivery Address' tab, select 'Deliver to a Store for FREE (Click & Collect)' option. Enter your post code or town in 'Locate your nearest store', then 'Select this store' from the store locator.
- Order Confirmation Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received.
- Ready for collection You will receive a further email confirming your order has arrived and is ready for collection from your selected Staples Store.
Please note: Some larger items may not be available for ordering via our Click & Collect service such as furniture goods. These normally have longer delivery times and are shipped straight from the manufacturer.
Collecting your order from the Copy & Print centre located in store
Once you've received an email to say your items are ready for collection, you can pop down to your local Staples store and collect your order from the Copy & Print centre. Please bring your order confirmation email along with photo proof of ID (driving licence or passport). Your order will be kept for a maximum of 14 days. If you are unable to collect within that time, please contact us to extend the collection date.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered to store the following Tuesday.
Orders placed on a Thursday after 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Orders placed on a Friday before 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday and orders placed after 5pm will be delivered the following Wednesday.

Once I’ve ordered online - what happens next?
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has arrived in store. If you don’t receive your email don’t forget to check your junk/spam email folder.
I have my confirmation email what next?
Now you can collect in store, please bring your confirmation email and photo proof of ID (driving licence or passport). Your order will be kept for a maximum of 14 days.
I haven’t received an email to confirm my order is ready – what should I do?
Have you checked your junk/spam folder? If you have not received an email to confirm your order is ready 1 working day after placing your order online, then you can contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist 0333 300 1334.
Where can I find my stores opening hours?
To find details or your store’s opening hours or for directions on how to reach your store, please visit our Store Locator page. All stores are open 7 days a week.
Can I send someone else to collect my order?
Yes. If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, they must be over the age of 18, bring the confirmation email, a form of photo ID and a letter of consent from yourself.
I want to order an item but it doesn’t say 'Available for Click & Collect'?
Click & Collect is available for most but not all of the items we sell online, in particular some furniture items or personalised items where the goods are delivered directly by the manufacturer.
Can I order items for home / work delivery and Click & Collect?
We're unable to accept orders that include items for home/work delivery as well as items for Click & Collect. In the case that you have an order which contains items marked as ‘Available for Click & Collect’ as well as items that are not, you will need to place two separate orders.
Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
In order for us to be able to offer you a next working day delivery service, this means in most cases your order will have already been processed, so unfortunately it is not possible to stop your order. However you can contact customer services on 0333 300 1334, we will then contact the store straight away requesting your order is sent back to the warehouse. Following this your account will be refunded or credited for the order.
Can I return and get a refund for my items in store?
No, we're sorry but we are unable to accept returns or refunds for items ordered online or by phone in stores. Should you wish to return your goods, please contact customer services on 0333 300 1334.
