This is one of the best coffee machines we have had I like the idea that you fill the tank with the coffee and it last ages the coffee is a very nice tasting one too also you can choose on the machine what coffee you would like, all the right ups on the internet are good one of the most popular machines in the world and may I add that STAPLES are the cheapest, I know as I looked everywhere.

It looked great in my kitchen and was easy to set up and I liked the overall concept. However the downsides were; when preparing latte or cappuccino it was just not hot enough for me, plus the machine does not use 'real' coffee just the cartridge which is essentially instant freeze dried coffee. Had it used real coffee then I may well have kept the item. As it is I have returned it as it is not quite what I was expecting.

Good idea easy to use however the cappuccino is only warm and has to be microwaved afterwards. Will be returning it. Shame as the concept is good. The steam jet needs to be on for longer to eat the milk.

I use the machine occassionally as it it is noisy, however the coffee is great and it is very easy to use.
