My daughter and myself do a lot of cooking together. we get a lot of our recipes out of cooking magazines. instead of keeping all the books we make a copy of the "favorite" recipes we have tried and keep them in the binder with clear sleeve protectors. This makes it easy to see and keeps the recipes clean.we can also make different sections to use. The magazines are then passed on to local nursing homes, hospitals, etc. so the books are serving double duty. More bang for your buck and other peple are happy too.

The clear plastic insert on the outside cover is very flimsy and tears easily. The overall construction is very durable and the colors available are excellant. THe push tab to open the notebook is easy to use and doesn't require the effort to pull apart the rings.

My daughter's original 7th grade binder was literally falling apart along with her grades so I bought her two of these in different colors so she could easily see which one she needed for class. I have purchased about a dozen of these binders in all sizes for the business I am a partner in to file important documents. I was very disappointed in this binder. After only 5 days of use it fell apart. I have had others binders like this but they did not fall apart. Must have been a flaw in this one.

Bought for daughter. What she and I liked most about it, is she can design her own cover. There's a pouch on front, she can be creative or just leave it alone. There's also a side label that can be used for what class, her name, teachers name or anything else she would like to put..
