About Me Budget Shopper
Comments about Gemini Leather-look Manager's Chair:
I use this chair at home when I'm working on my computer. I find it very comfortable to use and it looks good. I am pleased with this purchase.

Bit lacking in height but generally ok

About Me Mid-range Shopper
My own fault for not reading the spec properly but the height of this chair is below average and therefore couldn't be used for the purpose purchased for.Otherwise though is good product for the money.
Didn't last a year
By RWj

The problem with this chair is that if the arms bump into your desk the material is very thin and a small tear will eventually develop. A strong fabric or real leather chair would be far better. I am now spending £60 on a fabric chair and expect it to last a lot longer.

Thoroughly disappointed, never unboxed.

I've given this chair a 3 star rating to try to be a bit unbiased as I never even got round to unboxing it (although suspect I unknowingly tried it in store when previously buying a chair). I bought this chair as it was in the price range I was looking at, but could get it cheaper else where if I new what I was actually ordering.I had been looking at the "Eliza Tinsley High Back PU Executive Armchair 1007PU/BK" as a first choice but reading the reviews on another site was persuaded not to purchase it because multiple others had reported the back breaking the first time they tilted/leaned back on it. A quick google search should find these reviews in one of the top links.I'm writing about that chair because after ordering the Gemini from Staples it was in fact the Eliza Tinsley that arrived on my doorstep. It was promptly returned as I do not want to find out the about it's quality the hard way as many seem to have before.I've since returned the chair and ordered a Darcy chair, the same one I decided on when trying chairs in store as it was the most comfortable for me without spending over £150.
Great Chair
By Merica
from Vine Street
I had to bend some of the bolt bits to get it all to fit together properly, which wasn't ideal. But it then fit together nicely and apart from that it's been great all around. Very pleased.

Don´t buy this chair

I thought that this chair will long a little longer than 28 days...The construction is really weak, just plastic and will break after some bending. Now I have lost money and chair...great.

A great chair for great price
I have read a lot of bad reviews about this chair(like it broke the first day, came with bad parts or some parts were missing) but fortunately everything was fine with mine purchase. However the package does not include a guide for assembling and you will have a lot of problems to build it alone. One thing that I missed about this chair is a lack of a cheek rest but again you get what you pay for and for that price, I am a very happy customer.
Reasonable Value Leather Chair
By Malcolm
from Exmouth
Reasonably comfortable leather chair for the money. As stated it is not suitable for all day use but fine for a couple of hours at a time. Instructions for assembly were poor and difficult to read but using common sense it was reasonably easy to assemble. The adjustment lever is a bit tricky to use and there are no instructions for this. Would be better to have separate levers for tilt on/off and height. On this model it is all in one lever although there is separate adjustment for tilt tension again there is no instruction for this.
Nice, but not suitable for full time use
By totallockout

This is an attractive looking product, not the cheapest on the market. Having used it as a permanent desk chair for over two weeks, I am now experiencing lower back ache. The seat cushion is a little too firm. The manufacturers product description does indicate that it is not suitable for full time use.

The instructions for assembling the Darcy chair were easy to follow and in a short time, we had a comfortable chair which completely mirrors the description provided.[...]
