The chair took around 30 minutes to assemble. There are some parts which require 2 people but for the most part I was able to set up the chair on my own. The instructions are easy to follow due to their simplicity. The chair is the perfect height for my desk and have a decent amount of extension from the lift. The chair is quite heavy so won't fall over too easily either. All in all the chair is perfect for my needs and works great! Would definitely recommend this chair.
