1. “Staples” means (and is the trading and operating name of) Banner Advantage Ltd company registered in England and Wales under company number 12740681 and whose registered office is at Newland House - Unit 2 Tuscany Park, Wakefield Europort, Normanton, England, WF6 2TZ. “Giveaway” means the giveaway of 1 (ONE) Pencil Case as described and as set out in these terms and conditions of entry. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions of entry.
2. By entering into the Giveaway, all entrants accept and shall be bound by and will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions issued by or on behalf of Staples (via its website or otherwise) shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. This Giveaway shall only be open to online users from the UK mainland. This Giveaway is not open or available to residents of Northern Ireland and nor is it open to employees or family members of any employee of Staples or any person employed by Staples or any person employed by any supplier to Staples.
4. There is ONE (1) Pencil Case available to claim when you purchase any THREE (3) participating stationery products.
5. To claim a free Pencil Case, you must purchase any 3 participating products and accept the free offer during checkout.

10. The Newell Pencil Cases are not for resale and there is no cash alternative. In addition, this Giveaway promotion is not usable in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
11. Staples accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by a technical fault.
12. Staples and its suppliers are not liable and shall not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense or failure to perform which is due to any event or circumstances which Staples (or its suppliers) could not foresee or avoid, or which is caused by or arises as a result of any act or omission by any other party.
13. Any tax liability arising from the prizes or rewards will be the responsibility of the recipient.
14. Entrants must be over the age of eighteen (18) years of age to enter this promotion.
15. Staples’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. This Giveaway is governed by English law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be found, for any reason, to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable duly severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
17. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable, unpaid publicity relating to their prize and/or participation in the Giveaway.
18. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of Staples running the Giveaway promotion and in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual's prior consent (which is required for participation in the Giveaway).
19. Staples reserves the right to alter, amend or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time.
