If you are a new customer to Staples.co.uk you can make online purchases via our Guest Checkout without the need to create a web account, however you will miss out on the benefits that come with creating an online account.

With a Staples Web Account you can benefit from:

Quick & Easy Checkout

When placing your first order via your newly created account, you will be required to enter your Delivery and Billing address details along with payment details. Your Delivery and Billing address will then be saved on your account for faster checkout next time you place an order. You will also have the option to save the payment details used for future orders. Should you choose this option you will only be required to enter the CVC details at checkout to complete your order.

Full Order History

All orders placed via your account will appear within your Order History within a few hours. From here you will be able to view your Order Status, Order Details, Track your Order and Request a Return. You can also quickly reorder items previously purchased.

Save Favourite Lists

When browsing the website and visiting a product page, you can choose the ‘Add to my list’ option. From here you can create and manage lists of items you would like to order. You also have the option to set an email reminder for the lists you have created.

My Ink & Toner

If you purchase a printer from us using your account, this is automatically added to ‘My Machines’ within the Ink & Toner Finder. When you then visit ‘My Ink & Toner’, your machine will be listed along with compatible ink products available. If you have a printer that you are looking to purchase some replacement Ink or Toner for, then you can add this to ‘My Machines’ and the compatible Ink & Toner products available will be automatically listed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set up a new account?

Simply select ‘My Account’ link from the top of our website and then the ‘Create an Account’ button. This will take you to a form where you will be asked to provide information including an email address, a password and whether you are a personal or business user. You will also be required to accept our Terms & Conditions.

How do I log in to My Account?

If you have just created a new account, you will be automatically signed in once you have completed the sign up form.

If you are a returning customer, you can log into your account by hovering the cursor over ‘My Account’ at the top of the website and entering the email and password used when registering your account.

What if I forget my password?

If you are having trouble logging into your account and can’t remember your password, you can request a password re-set via the ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ link under My Account at the top of the website. Enter the email address associated with your web account, click ‘Submit’ and within minutes you will receive an email containing a link through which your password can be up-dated.

Can I place orders for different companies with the same Staples Web Account?

Each Staples Web Account will be linked to one billing address and customer number. To place orders for different companies you should set up a Staples Web Account for each business in order to avoid possible errors in billing and delivery addresses.

Why can’t I see my web order in the Order History?

Once you have placed a web order it can take up to 2 hours to appear in your Order History. If you placed an order via the Guest Checkout instead of logging into your web account then your order will not appear in your Order History.
