The Jabra Biz 2300 QD Mono Headset is the perfect headset for high-performing contact centres as it has been designed to survive frequent use. The boom-arm on this headset can be easily rotated 360 degrees thanks to a function called FreeSpin, allowing you to move your boom-arm without the risk of it breaking.
It has a reinforced cord that has been specifically built to ensure it can cope with daily use in a contact centre environment along with being protected against sharp objects or office chair wheels! The 2303-820-104 headset weighs only 49 grams, helping to reduce agent fatigue so that they can make more productive calls! PeakStop technology will remove any sudden loud sounds or tones with sounds above 118db being filtered out before they reach your ears.
HD Voice technology means that you can have lifelike conversations as it ensures you can clearly hear the other side along with the speakers helping to reduce any ambient noise.
